Marriage or Maid/MADE (Spring 2022)

A spotlit performer in a black and red dress reminiscent of Restoration era fashion pulls off a red glove dramatically. The performer stands next to a large portrait of a serious person dressed in Restoration era wear. Other performers look on.

About the Show
Bridgerton meets Too Hot To Handle in this amorous comedy of “manners.”  A fun mash up of chaos and capers with all the drama of reality TV with the literary eloquence of a restoration play.

Tune in to the season premier of this scandalous restoration reality drama. For thousands of years the women in these plays have been forced to fear their prowess, police their bodies,  and deny themselves.  But no more! Marriage or Maid MADE will challenge everything you think know about women of the restoration era...perhaps the next time you watch Too Hot To Handle or Love Island you'll be thinking of Aphra Behn. See who finds love on Marriage or Maid MADE.

A performer in a frilly pink outfit and a large green wig with a stuffed animal affixed to the top slumps in a pink doorway. Another performer is partially visible in the background, mostly hidden in shadow.
Three performers with frilly, exaggerated costumes in neon colors speak together onstage. One performer with a large blue feather fan stands, while the other two sit on small settees.
