Dara Badon

Dara Badon ("dare-uh bad-on"; she/her) is the Event & Production Administrative Coordinator for Theater, Dance & Media. An alum of Harvard College, Dara studied History & Literature, Educational Studies, and made sure to make art part of her learning, growing, and joy. From her academic focus on the history, artistry, scholarship, and identity of Black America; to her co-curricular activities, leadership roles, and student employment in music, dance, creative writing, and theater management, Dara has consistently centered creativity and community in all of her pursuits.

As the Event & Production Administrative Coordinator, Dara primarily supports TDM programming that takes place beyond the classroom as well as the vibrant studio activity at Harvard Dance Center. Dara has the additional honors of serving as the Assistant Director of the First-Year Arts Program (FAP) pre-orientation and as Programming Director and Harvard Campus Liaison for the arts education not-for-profit CityStep.
