The Standing Committee on Degrees in Theater, Dance & Media is pleased to announce the appointment of Tania Bruguera to Senior Lecturer in Media and Performance. Ms. Bruguera will be stepping into a full-time faculty position this fall, teaching courses in media and performance. Ms. Bruguera is widely recognized as one of today’s most important contemporary artists. Her work has received international acclaim and has been recognized with fellowships and awards from the Foundation for Contemporary Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Guggenheim Foundation, and the Radcliffe Institute. In addition, she has more than twenty-five years of teaching experience, including as faculty at distinguished institutions around the world.
