Vocal Audition Workshop with Hamilton's A.D. Weaver

Theater, Dance & Media and the Office for the Arts invite you to a vocal workshop with stage and screen actor A.D. Weaver, currently playing Washington in the North American tour of Hamilton! Weaver’s workshop will consist of an intimate conversation with the artist and a brief Q&A, followed by “live coaching” sessions with students demonstrating vocal technique and audition strategies, and covering such topics as song choice, storytelling through lyrics, emotional connection, authenticity, and more.

Students who wish to perform in the “live coaching” session should submit a headshot or photo and sheet music for their audition material via the RSVP form. From these submissions, 3-5 students will be selected by Mr. Weaver to demonstrate a range of techniques and strategies. Selected students will perform with a live accompanist.

This event is open to all Harvard undergraduates.
