Featuring 8 doors, 4 plates of sardines, and 3 love affairs, Noises Off
presents a manic menagerie of itinerant actors, their director, and their
stage management rehearsing a ridiculous British sex farce called Nothing's
On. Doors slamming, on and offstage intrigue, and an errant herring all
figure in the plot of this hilarious and classically comic play within a
play. With loads of physical comedy, a two-story revolving set, and
incredibly fast-paced witty dialogue, Noises Off is frequently called the
funniest farce ever written.
