Digital Media Performance (TDM 167L) Open Seminar: Virginia Lee Montgomery

Wednesday, March 11, 2020, 3:00pm to 5:45pm

Farkas Studio 303, 12 Holyoke St, Cambridge, MA

VLMArtist VLM presents an artist talk and behind-the-scenes look at her surreal life as a working woman who labors as a professional Graphic Recorder by day and crafts experimental video art by night. VLM will discuss her career as 'Business Witch' and share recent video work, studio insights, and the metaphysical philosophies that inform her art practice. VLM will also discuss how she turns her professional, corporate skill of “mind map scribing,” inwards, to render the contours of her own subconscious.
