The cypher (or cipher) has deep, long-standing cultural roots in hip hop culture, African tradition, and even religious beliefs.</span></span></p><p>	<span style="text-autospace:none"><span>NO FORMAL DANCE TRAINING NECESSARY</span></span></p><p>	Persons with disabilities are encouraged to participate in all Harvard Dance Center programs and activities.
