Andrew Gitchel

Andrew Gitchel is the Production Manager of the Theater, Dance, and Media Concentration at Harvard University. He has been working in professional and academic theatre since 1997. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Technical Design and Production from the Yale School of Drama, and a Bachelors degree in Theater and Dance Studies from Wheaton College. He is an associate of the Signet Society, and an honorary member of the Institute of 1770. Past projects of note include; August Wilson’s Gem of the Ocean, James Joyce’s The Dead, and Marty (Huntington Theatre Company), August Wilson’s Radio Golf, Sarah Ruhl’s The Clean House and Eurydice, and Tarell McCraney’s Marcus, or The Secret of Sweet (Yale School of Drama), Elizabeth Mak’s adaptation of Neil Gaman’s The Graveyard Book, Arthur Miller’s A View From the Bridge, and Tracey Scott Wilson’s The Story (Harvard University).
