A Performance Workshop Exploring Mental Health

Losing your shit can make for great material. And while performance isn’t a substitute for therapy, the process of transforming our worst for performance can be very therapeutic. In this safe and supportive workshop environment, we will use theater games, exploratory writing and improv to sculpt and transform what’s going on in our heads to make wild and fantastic mini-performances. Participants will be challenged out of their comfort zones but need only share to their level of comfort.

This workshop is open to people with any levels of performance or mental health experiences.
